Educational study aid only. PassLane is an independent study tool to help you prepare for Arizona insurance licensing examinations. It is not a substitute for official study materials, pre-licensing courses, the Arizona Revised Statutes, or professional instruction.
Not affiliated with any official body. PassLane is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI), PSI Services, Pearson VUE, the NAIC, any insurance carrier, or any official licensing or testing organization. All such names are the property of their respective owners.
Accuracy & sources. Questions, answers, and explanations were compiled from publicly available information, the Arizona Revised Statutes (Title 20), and standard insurance references. Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the material is accurate and to identify the correct answers. However, insurance laws, regulations, dollar thresholds, and exam content change frequently and may vary or become outdated. The material may contain errors, omissions, or simplifications.
No guarantee & no warranty. PassLane makes no guarantee that you will pass any examination, and provides no warranty of any kind — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for any purpose of its content. Use of this app is entirely at your own risk.
Not professional advice. Nothing in this app constitutes legal, financial, insurance, tax, or other professional advice. Always verify information against official sources (DIFI, your exam provider, and the current statutes) and consult appropriately licensed professionals before relying on it or making any decision.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators, owners, and distributors of PassLane shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages or losses of any kind — including failed examinations, lost time, lost fees, or any decision or action taken — arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, this app or its content.
Driving & safety — important. PassLane offers a hands-free “Listen Mode,” but it is not a driving app and must never distract you from the road. Always obey all traffic laws and put safety first. Do not hold, look at, tap, or operate your phone while driving — set everything up before you start moving, keep your device safely mounted or stowed, use audio only, and keep your full attention on driving at all times. Pull over safely before interacting with the app. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and lawfully. The creators of PassLane are not responsible or liable for any accident, injury, loss, citation, or damage of any kind arising from use of the app while driving or operating any vehicle or machinery.
Coverage by state. PassLane currently provides Arizona exam content. Other states shown in the app are in development; selecting a state that is not yet available lets you request it but does not provide that state’s content. Insurance laws and exam content differ by state — always confirm requirements with your own state’s regulator and exam provider.
Your privacy. PassLane stores your study progress, streak, flagged questions, and settings only on your own device. It does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There are no accounts and no tracking.
By tapping “I Agree & Continue,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and Disclaimer — including the driving-safety terms above — and you assume all responsibility and risk for your use of PassLane, including never using it in a way that distracts you while driving.
